Getting Started

Creating an Account

  1. Visit the LeXploR homepage
  2. Click "Sign Up" and enter your information
  3. Verify your email address
  4. Complete your profile information

Submitting a Legal Matter

Basic Submission

  1. From the home page, enter your legal matter in the text area
  2. Click "Analyze with LeXploR" to submit
  3. Wait for the analysis to complete (typically 30-60 seconds)
  4. You'll be automatically redirected to the analysis page

Including Case Files

  1. Click the "Case File" tab in the submission form
  2. Upload your file (supported formats: PDF, DOCX, TXT)
  3. Once uploaded, switch back to the "Legal Matter" tab
  4. Enter your legal question or context
  5. Click "Analyze with LeXploR"

Understanding Your Analysis

The Legal Memo

Your analysis is presented as a structured legal memo with three main sections:

  1. Issues: The key legal questions identified in your matter
  2. Discussion: Analysis of applicable law, precedents, and reasoning
  3. Conclusion: Summary of findings and legal conclusions

Relevant Cases

The right sidebar displays cases relevant to your legal matter:

  • Click on any case to view a detailed summary
  • Case summaries include background facts, legal issues, reasoning, and decisions
  • Cases are ranked by relevance to your specific legal matter

Case Citations

Throughout the memo and chat responses, you'll see case citations:

  • Citations appear as clickable links
  • Click any citation to view the detailed case information
  • The system automatically identifies and links to relevant cases

Using the Chat Interface

After receiving your initial analysis, you can:

  1. Use the chat input at the bottom of the analysis page
  2. Ask specific questions about the analysis, cases, or legal concepts
  3. Request clarification on particular points
  4. Explore alternative arguments or perspectives

Case File Management

Working with Case Files
